One of our end-users is getting this error. Where can I check on Gravityzone why this is? Or should I check elsewhere?

Hello @EvertM,
I was able to identify you in our system and I saw that you are using GravityZone Small Business Security. The error message that you receive is normal as this product does not include the Content Control feature (https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77209-376322-features-by-product.html#UUID-16ac86fa-5ec6-0998-8579-0536bf5d783d_UUID-09ef9284-9dad-2f3a-191d-2b3000b29daf).
The module appears as expired as you initial had a trial license that contained this module as well.
You can remove this module from your system and you will no longer receive the error message.

Hey, checking the remaining available licenses should help. Here's how:

Thanks for the tip :)
When I check the endpoint in question (which has status 'Computer managed, online, has issues' I only see 'Endpoint: active' under Protection Layers...

I forgot to mention: When I check My Company -> Licensing, it says:
endpoints: 3 used, 13 available
servers: 0 used, 5 available

Hello @EvertM ,
Please also ensure that you have the following ports opened: https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77209-376337-gravityzone-communication-ports.html
If this also does not resolve your issue, collect a support tool log from the endpoint in question. The following article provides all the steps: https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/71263-102885-use-the-support-tool-log.html#UUID-25e00028-ee47-4ab0-bb96-3c108a7f24e8
After you have collected the logs, please reach out to our Enterprise Support and share the logs along with your license key and they will be able to investigate further the root cause.
Contact details are available here:https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/71263-85158-contact.html

I've been keeping an eye on the firewall logs for the specific endpoint for a while now, and nothing is being blocked. Anyway, as long as the BEST initiates the traffic we allow it anyway.
Before I go the way of generating support logs etc: Is 'content control' part of the Endpoint Protection Layer, or is the user missing an entire Protection Layer?
