"Action cannot be completed" error when trying to login to Password Manager Chrome extension

New behaviour since last Google Chome update to Version 122.0.6261.95 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I am unable to login to Password Manager since then. Any suggestions?

    OS Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64 With Latest Windows Updates Installed

    OS Build 19045.4123

    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19054.1000.0

    BD Total Security 27.0.30.136

    BD Password Manager 1.3.1 On Google Chrome 122.0.6261.95 x64

    So far, no problems for me, i can login to BD Password Manager on Google Chrome without any issues/errors.

    That article is for BD Password Manager on Android 14.

    The OP has issue with BD Password Manager on Windows.

  • Ok @Kanuk, so this couldn't be replicated and I suspect it may have something to do with an incorrect password being entered. Double check the accuracy of the password and reach out to the Bitdefender Support teams in the event the error persists.
