We have Gravityzone Email security. I am looking for the rule that automatically scans all emails with attachments since I am getting complaints that sometimes it takes an hour to get the file.

You can deactivate the notification sent to users when an attachment is scanned so users will not be notified in advance about this and receive the emails when the scanning is complete.
