outlook antispam wrong settings

Dear

i am not pleased at all with this module !!!!

1/ everytime the laptop restarts the antispam is set to ON.

2/ important emails disappears - the delete folder is NOT USED (according to the settings in the toolbar).

3/ where are my -spam- mails ????

if this is not changed i will have to delete bitdefender from my pc

is there a in depth support guidance for this module ? how can i ask a specialist to help in an online session?

    Normally, if you don’t want to use Bitdefender’s antispam feature, just disable it from the "Protection" pane. 

    In Microsoft Outlook (Office 365 or Microsoft 355), Bitdefender moves spam emails to the sub-folder called "Spam" which is in the "Deleted Items" folder.

    Then click "Contact Support" and choose the desired communication channel (chat, phone, email).
