enable DNS over HTTPS

This is what bit defender is telling me to do in Firefox. Says to go to Settings, Network Settings and check the box that says "enable DNS over HTTPS". When I go to Network Settings in Firefox there is no an option to check this box. See attached photo.

This is what bit defender is telling me to do in Firefox - Can you tell us where exactly in Firefox is Bitdefender requesting this?

This option is located in Privacy.

Please clarify.
