how to do a Bootable antivirus scan
is it possssible to do a Bootable scan disk or scan pc before start up

Welcome to the Bitdefender Forums. Bootable scan disks were discontinued a few years ago. Now Bitdefender offers a "Rescue Environment."
You can also enable the "Early boot scan" option under Protection, Antivirus, Advanced tab. Toggle it on. It will increase the boot time.
