Im constantly getting this critical notification, the antivirus send these items to quarintine

the file is always located in this path below:

Path: /Users/xxxx/Library/Containers/com.apple.Safari/Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/WebKitCache/Version 16/Records/8B89D176F6C44562C9CB54D58985AA7AFBF769F3/Resource/89715AD844B2DFA93DA7228B550C86194CCA8F9F-blob=>(INFECTED_JS)

any suggestion to delete this issue from the root?
