Bitdefender Total Security - notifications not showing

New to the forum and cannot find any relevant posts so:-

Windows 11 build, fully patched and updated as at 08 Apr 2024.

Problem is the Total Secuirty Windows app shows 37 notifications (Red dot on option) but there are none in the list. Been like this for a few weeks and was hoping it would correct itself.

Any ideas on how to fix, hopefully not a reinstall as that would result in myself deleting the program and subscription as I see this issue has arisen previously with no obvious fix.

    State your contact reason,then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
