How do I find out what my support ticket number is?

I need to send a file to support for a ticket I created, but the comment section of creating a bdsp log doesn't allow any attachments, even though it says to attach the file to your trouble ticket. I will attach the log file to this message and could someone please tell me how to correctly attach the log file after I create it and give permission to Bitdefender access?

The ticket number for your query raised with Bitdefender support can be confirmed by @Alexandru_BD if you can share your registered email with him via PM. Once you have the ticket number, you can upload the logs to and share the link with the support team.
