I accepted the free update from Total Security to Premium Security, there's a problem
I filled out the online form and it shows that I can update (install) in Bitdefender Central,
but when I download the installation file and run it as administrator, it fails to produce a window
or any indication what went wrong. When I try to access support on the pc app or on the Bitdefender Central website, It says site not available.

Kindly visit the Bitdefender support websiteSelect, Activate and Install → Install → I don't know → Contact Support → You will get the option of chat, call or email.
