Windows Updates (managed by Bitdefender) Unable to INSTALL 2 Critical Updates

Bitdefender is not able to manage 2 Critical Updates for Windows 10. 0x80070643 ERROR CODE… 2024-01 Security Update Windows 10 Version 22H2, 64 based system KB5034441 - STATUS = Installing 0%. The updates/install does NOT COMPLETE! So the circle just spins and spins, but the updates don't load. Since they are showing as CRITICAL, I need help ASAP, please??? Chris G

This is known Windows (not Bitdefender) issue and has been discussed here (just click on "View Post"):

Check my comments there from January 11, January 13 and January 14.

All you have to do is to follow the steps from my comment on January 14 and the update will be installed.

If you are not a tech savvy person, maybe your best option is to ask for help from an IT professional.

As for this update, i can't tell you anything, because it is not detected for downloading by Windows Update and/or and/or Microsoft's "Show or hide updates" tool and/or Bitdefender's Vulnerability Scan.

Also, Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.399.1188.0), installed on 23.10.2023, is the latest installed update on my laptop.
