Lock apps without GPS active
Hi, as thread title I would ask you if you can consider to unlock apps by trusted network using only the Wi-Fi network without the need to activate GPS. This simply request is not only for privacy matter (many other apps can "sniff" you're position) but also to improve battery life.

Unfortunately, Windows 11 does not provide a direct option to disable Wi-Fi-based location detection while relying solely on GPS. The location service combines various sources (GPS, nearby Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, and IP address) to determine your device’s location. Under the Battery section, click Turn on now for Battery saver. This feature will disable power-hungry background activities and reduce screen brightness to save battery life.

Hello,
@robert2003b I think @Sil3ntBd was referring to a mobile device, since he posted this thread in the Mobile Security category. 😁 I may be wrong, but this is how it looks like to me, at least.
Unsure why this hasn't received a reply yet, but I'll give it a try. I think that, if you are referring to the App Lock available in Mobile Security - unlock apps by trusted network using only the Wi-Fi network, this can be achieved by using the Smart Unlock feature:
Give us some feedback if this answers your question @Sil3ntBd.
