Bitdefender is installed and active on my Mac mini but is missing from Central

I'm running Bitdefender on my primary Mac mini, and the app links to my account in Central, but it isn't showing up as one of my devices in Central. If I choose to install, my only option is to add another iOS device. How can I get my Mac mini install to show up in my Central desktop?

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
