Total Security for 5 devices, Samsung Ultra keeps saying no subscription.

Like the title states I have Total Security for up to 5 devices but the app on my S24 Ultra keeps saying that I have no subscription. Chat support told me to log out and log back in but to no avail. Even the remote solving tool from Bitdefender Central does not give any solution.

Please help!

    I have responded privately and we'll continue to troubleshoot there. If we can't get to the bottom of this on the forum, my recommendation would be to contact the Support teams for a more in-depth investigation.
