Bd Antivirus Pro From Cd Will Not Install

I have BD Antivirus 2010 install on my XP system. Purchased BD Antivirus Pro 2011 CD and when I run the install it will unpack the files and then just do nothing. Nothing is in the event logs to show there was an error.

    Does your WinXP PC have SP3 and all current Microsoft critical updates installed? Make sure it does.


    Try downloading the full file version from the appropriate link for BDAV Pro in this pinned topic to an empty "work" folder on your PC. Execute the downloaded file from there. The license key from your retail CD should work just fine.
