Bitdefender Antivirus Pro 11

can any one help me my Bitdefender antivirus pro 11 is not recognize by Win7 action center message was "bitdefender antivirus is off"

if Bitdefender installation went normally without problems would not have to have absolutely no problem with the Action Center in Windows 7. Bitdefeder did update the virus definitions? Do you have Windows Defender active?

If the problem persists, please uninstall the current version of the underground utility Bitdefender with my signature, and then restart the PC. Download CCleaner, clean temporary files, and registry scans and removes traces of uninstalled BitDefender.

Restart the PC again, then download the latest build version of what you have at: download.bitdefender.com
