Cannot Validate Bitdefender Internet Security 2011 License Key

I just bought Bitdefender Internet Security 2011 from a retail out_let (with CD) on April 25, 2011. As I tried to install it on my laptop, the server gave this comment "we were not able to validate the license key you entered. please try again or contact Support". This happened on every single attempt. It took me the whole day before I retire from doing it.


Situation background: internet connection was ok during the installation. 7 digit license key were entered as provided in the CD certificate.


I'm using Acer Aspire laptop, running on M. Vista 32-bit and G. Chrome 10.0.648.204.
