Lic# Is Valid And Accepted And It's Not Valid!

I'm having the same license key not valid responce when I submit on the Activate Online Features window!


I entered the activation key sent in my email. I have renewed to the Internet Security 2011, did everything the email and window asked and the Key was accepted as sucessful on the Register your Product window, clicked register now. Paged changed to the activate page and am told the key is invalid, what's up?


Can't complete install of surf for fear of no virus protection. Help!!!
