Installation Of Your Software Disc

My Windows XP sp3 does not run your bitdefender internet security 2011 software disc nor does it show that it is in my cd rom drive. Music cd's, cd rw's, other software can be read, played and installed.


I was able to install it on my Windows Vista laptop but when I tried to install it on my XP desktop it is as if I had not even inserted into the cd rom drive.

    If the disc was defective, we could have sent a replacement disc, however it seems there is a hardware issue on the XP machine.


    In this case, the most simple solution would be to download the full install kit from here
