Active-virus-control Does Not Work

Hello,


today I have installed the new Version BD 2012 of total security. But after the last update the checkbox of active-virus-control is offline. If I check to on goes off again. Also the security center of win 7 64-bit tells me that BD is offline. During I write this I have executed the support tool. I hope that help to solve my problem.


Another issue is, the my settings of antivirus that i have changed manuelly does not recognize and go back to the standard settings.
