Unable To Login To Safebox On New Computer

My PC had a hard failure so I purchased a new machine, running Windows 7. Total Security 2012 loaded fine on the new machine, but when I went to log into Safebox from the PC Bitdefender window, it never stopped logging in (multiple days showing a spinning logging in symbol). Went to My Bitdefender and clicked on Safebox - got a loading symbol that also never completed. Called support four days in a row and they continue to tell me that they have escalated with the highest priority, but no one contacts me from level 2.

I need the files that are in Safebox. How do I get real help for this?

  • Just a quick question, is it possible to simply disable Safebox giving it a way to fix this problem?

  • I am having problems when I go to my banking site with Safebox not recognizing the URL I type in it. I reads that the DNS is not avaiable or something like that. Any idea's?

  • Hello :)

You are referring to Safepay, the secured browser, not Safebox.
