Bsod When Starting Install

I get a BSOD with the culprit being bdselfpr.sys , while I attempt install bitdefender pro 2011. What do I do?

    Give us some information about your PC (we aren't mind readers).


    What OS - XP, Vista, 7? (Probably 32-bit?)


    What speed CPU?


    How much Ram?


    Do you have any other security programs installed?


    What a/v program were you using before BD? How did you uninstall it?
