Vault Wizard Crashes

The vault wizard crashes as soon as I open it. It crashes on the file browser before I can do anything. Any idea why this is?

    Can you post here more details? Operating system, version, product version, if reproduces 100% etc - something that help us to identify better a possible problem.

    Please let us know if the issue persists after the last product update: right click on the Bitdefender icon located in system tray and from the menu select "Update Now". Reboot the PC if requested.
