  • Hello.

Parental Control not working in BDIS 2013 (MUST upgrade to Premium to working?!?!)

BDIS 2013 incorporates Parental Control, which was working until 2-3 days...

Why it was introduced this PREMIUM upgrade for Parental Control ?

Now, Parental Control is useless... <img class=" />

I have the same problem. Last year I bought BDIS 2013 which came with full parental controls, then they stopped working a while ago and said to upgrade to premium to use the features I had previously been using. I waited to see if it would clear up, but no such luck. The reason I bought Bitdefender in the first place was for its built in Parental Controls and web filter. I hope this can be fixed, or I'll have to get another filter. This type of thing shouldn't happen with a matur.e product . . . or is this a beta version?
