Unable To Register Bitdefender Total Security 2013

Hi,

I am unable to register the Licence key that was bought in India for Bitdefender Total security 2013.

Message Received while registration Process:

The Licence key is restricted in your region and can't be used to register the product you have installed.Contact Support to get help with the Issue.

Note

1)I am still living in india in the same area

2)I am at present using 2014 trail version of bit defender total security i tried the key in both with same error

3)I did contact bitdefender twice with no response

Plz help trail version expires in 16 days

hello, these products are geo-restricted. So if you purchased from a vendor selling codes for use outside your area this warning message may happen.

In India the official provider of Bitdefender products and support is Venktron. you can contact them direct via bitsupport@venktron.in about your License issue.

However, they only provide support for products purchased through Venktron.
