Cant Stat Up My Laptop
I cant use my keyboard to enter the pin code to the bitdefender safe lock. I saw that previous posts about that received instruction in PM. I would like to get that too.

Why should i fill this form if you already sent instruction to customers in PM many times before to this situation. I can't use my laptop due to bit-defender's Anti-thief for 3 days now. I already send an email why this is taking so long respond to something that you already have the answer in a copy-past no less.
