Antivirus Plus Password Not Accepted For Settings
Hello to all. I am a long time computer user and normally don't have probs like this.
I entered a password normally, to keep someone from changing my settings in BD Antivirus Plus 2014 (like from Autopilot...). The program is not accepting my password and not allowing me to change any settings. I am sure of the password and have tried every trick I know to get it to accept it (yes, I did try setting the CAPS lock key in case I somehow had it turned on...). I have two computers with BD on them and a cell (trying out anti-Theft).
Suggestions?
