Safe Lock Blocked
Hello. I have bitdefender total security 2014 and tried to lock my pc for testing. And it works but I cant reactive it i cant enter any key. I called the german support the cant do nothing for me and escalated it as level 2. But i need my notebook very fast. Is there a way to get the unlock instruction on another faster way?
I have windows 8.1 64 Bit and a Acer Aspire v3-772g laptop. I tried to attach en external keyboard but nothing happens and the three lights are flashing.

Hello. I already contacted german telephone support and thez escalated as level 2 via email. But how long do i have to wait for an answer because in germany there are working free days now. I need my laptop

I had same problem and the solution I was given didn't work so worked it out myself.

He has his own fix. And i want to use my notebook quickly and if bitdefender makes this **** i will try to use any faster way i get.
If it doesnt work on notebooks Bitdefender has to declare it in my bitdefender. Thats my opinion.

I don't know how long it takes, we would hope that as it is something urgent it will be fairly quick. There is also a chat and a phone contact but given that this is a security solution they may only want to deal via the email you registered with.
