How long does it take customer support take to get back to you ?

I have a security issue with safepay where the password is being shown as you type it ... I have reported this on 24/04/14 7:02pm ... it is now 27/04/14 8:28am ... I think this is an unreasonable turnaround time for a security issue ...
.
Except for the file on my desktop, I have not even had an acknowledgement of my request for help
.
I am very reluctant to use safepay whilst this issue is present which is restricting me making and receiving payments
.
I think this time delay is completely unreasonable

I looked at SafePay on a few BD systems and the password is hidden.
Have you tried running "Repair Bitdefender" to see if that fixes the system for you?0 -

I have been using Safepay for over 3 years ...

I will run Repair Bitdefender ... where is it ?

BUT ... today is the 30th ... it is now 5DAYS since I lodged my first report, and I lodged another report three days ago
.
Two reports .... AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM customer support ... THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Yet I know someone is home, because they deleted one of my posts

They can respond to a post they don't like .... BUT .... they can not respond to TWO lodged reports

I can't help with the lack of replies from BD but you find the repair function in The Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>double click Bitdefender to uninstall and you also have the repair option. Let it complete and reboot.
