Going nowhere with customer service/online ticket - last resort online forum :(


Could someone from Bitdefender please contact me @ mihai@ngnpath.com?


I'm trying to cancel / delete my account from Bitdefender / Avangate and confirm removal of all data/info from those accounts.


Absolutely disgusting way to end a business relationship after four years .... placing an order without my authorization


(please spare me the renewal speech ...)
