How To Identify Which Apps Are Infected

mobile security says that my Android JellyBean device is infected with Trojan.GingerMaster.AW. it lists the following packages:


pkg.apk


2ff2e9cf-924c-4e9b-aabf-86932510...


how do I find out what apps these are?


what's the risk of removing these?

  • It is quite difficult to identify which is infected by malware. Premium rate SMS Trojans are the most common type of mobile malware.

    I'd agree with Francesca. I think it wouldn't matter what app it will be because if it's infected, it's highly possible that it's spread out already even if you will uninstall that app. 1.gif
