Bitdefender Services Are Not Responding
BD keeps crashing. The system tray notification icon turns gray and says 'Bitdefender Services are not responding'.
This is happening frequently, like 1/week. I have 'repaired' BD, purged cache, ran online scanners.
This did not occur with the last version as frequently and nothing about my system has changed.

You will have to contact Bitdefender support to get this sorted-
Open the GUI (double click the BD tray icon) and then the little figure at the top of that window. Then choose "Help and Support" and follow the instructions.
