No Email With Install Links Sent To My Email

Purchased Internet Security 2016 and logged into BD central to download an install file. entered email address for the installation file to be sent but the email does not get sent to my email. I tried few times. I need the license details and the install file.


Also unable to submit a support ticket. The form won't submit on chrome or firefox. The customer service numbers are not being answered. What the ###### is wrong with this company? such terrible service I have experienced on the first day.
