Cannot Download Or Install Purchased Application

I purchased BitDefender Internet Security 2016, 3 licenses, 2 years, on 9/23/15. The email I received had a non-functioning link to a download and install from central. The link was not a valid link. Did not even have a top level domain! I opened tickets with Avangate and Bitdefender. After a few days, Avangate responded. They could only resend the original email with the invalid link. Repeated requests to Bitdefender to provide a valid download link and license information have been ignored. Online chat utility never seems to have someone available.


DID I JUST THROW MY MONEY AWAY????????


This appalling level of customer support makes me think the rave reviews for this product were nothing more than plants by the marketing department. <img class=" />

    I received an email with a link to log into Central and download. Been here before with no results. Tried to log in again--- refuses m password. Password reset link did not send email as it should. Frustration MOUNTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


    Still waiting for a direct download link that actually works and licensing information. Don't know why this is so hard to provide.

    Cannot get into Central w/ username and password I set up. Never received the email with the link to reset my password. Was able to log in with FB credentials (NOT what I want to do). Go to My Subscriptions and NOTHING! Looks like I bought VAPORWARE!!!!!!!!!!!


    WORST SUPPORT I'VE EVER PAID FOR!
