Safepay Does Not Start In Windows 10

I have Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 Build 18.23.0.1604 and Windows 10 32bit


Safepay doesn`t even open. When I try to open it I get the following message:


''The aplication was unable to start correctly(0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application".


I am aware that BIS 2016 launched but I want to keep using the 2015 version. How can I make Safepay work?

    Version 18 will not work on Windows 10, if you want to stay with BD 2015 you need to install version 19. Full details here -

    Regarding your statement that build 18 does not work in windows 10 that is not the case for me.


    I installed Win 10 in the first day it appeared the 29th of august I think. In the same day I`ve installed BIS 2015 build 18.


    I had no problems whatsoever until now when I tried for the first time to use Safepay.

    I have installed build 19.3.0.175 of BIS 2015 but I got the same error mentioned in my first post.


    The only way I managed to make Safepay work is by setting Compatibility mode for it to Windows 8.


    Apparently it does not run natively on Windows 10; at least for me <img class=" />

    I assume you are using the Windows 10 release and not one of the Insider Previews (BD will probably not work on those). The only other suggestion I have is for you to contact Bitdefender, Safepay worked fine for me with Windows 10 and v.19 2015.
