Product Activation

Renew about a month ago to internet security 2016 (have the order number available), but when adding another computer something went wrong (I suspect that it had to do with


the changing of my email accounts). Now it is not recognising my previous legal status and prompt me for and activation code (which I don't have).


Tried various times to get support via your website to no avail (already a couple of days), can somebody please assist?
