I have a 703 day subscription and after upgrading to new version my product is locked !!!!


Now ? What i have to do ?!?!?!

  • Hmm. What is the secret. The bot that responds to customer service queries is less than efficient.I bought and ;paid for a year's subscription and my account shows I am on a trial of one month. Three emails later I am still trying to get my record updated.

    Incompetence? Bad systems? i just hope this is not reflected in the product!
