I made a mistake.


I used one email to purchase Bitdefender 2016, and a different email to register with Central. It will not allow me to change. Will I need to contact customer svc to have this done, or am I missing something.

    Please read this answer about changing email address on MyBitdefender or Central.


    You can use any valid email address to acquire license key since it is not linked to your Bitdefender account until it is activated/linked using the bitdefender account.

    Hello terdallaujar,


    The e-mail address for the Central account can't be changed. You would need to create a new Central account and validate your subscription in it.
