Bitdefender Interfering With Video Conversion Software

Hi All,


I'm trying to use VSO CovertXtoDVD and i've had a hard time installing andusing due to bitdefender. During install, I had to turn off ransomware protection, and when trying to use, I still get errors from the ransomware feature. Adding the program to exceptions does not resolve the issue. Can anyone help me get this working without deactivating protection features from bitdefender (as I read elsewhere). Any support is appreciated.

    I have since figured it out. There are several executable files in the program folder that needs to be added to the ransomware exclusion list. Since doing this the program is working correctly.
