Forgot My Bitdefender Password To Change General Settings

Hi, Support BitDefender..


I have a problem..


I Forgot My Bitdefender Password To Change General Settings..


How should I do, to Reset the Password?

And I want to give information that the Defender Support has been damaged or error..


actually I have send this post to Support (http://www.bitdefender.com/support) but still not working (ERROR)..

    To reset the Bitdefender general settings password please run the tool below in Safe Mode:


    http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...et_password.exe


    The ticket area you are trying to access is not available yet for public use. It will be implemented in a future update of our internal ticketing platform.

    First, I run the "The_New_Bitdefender_UninstallTool.exe" tool (don't close after it's to finish running)..


    Secondly, I run the tool "reset_password.exe"..


    Thirdly, I re-download the program "Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2015" from the Bitdefender Central site..


    Fourthly, and I run the download file to completion (don't close after it's to finish running)....


    Finally my problem can be solved..
