Annoying Notification Tones

Every few minutes, it seems, (with BitDefender anti-virus 2016) a toast type notification pops up in the bottom right corner of my screen and sounds a tone. I don't care about the notification so much, but is it possible to turn off the annoying tone? The notification is a round circle with "0%" in it ...no clue on what it means. I'm new to BitDefender...

    Yes, in settings.
