I have a bitdefender antvirus 2012 product, it never been used and activated, can I install and activate bitdefender antivrus 2016 using 2012 license key? if yes, how to do? thanks!

it says" If you are using Bitdefender 2013, 2014 or 2015 you can upgrade, free of charge to Bitdefender 2016.", not includes version 2012

Yes, you need to contact Bitdefender either through their support or via email at bitsy@bitdefender.com and give them the details of your license.
