Bd Missing From Startup And Taking Longer To Start

Hello, i recently did an update and i noticed that the 2 BD items from the start up menu are missing from there. They were there and even though i dont disable BD at start up it seemed weird they were gone. Also BD is taking way more time to load at start up and it loads but every other thing in my PC still the same working fine except for BD. I did a format and reinstalled a clean windows 10 pro again with a new setup downloaded from here and i dont have the start up items and BD is taking too long.
