2 Orders, One Buy

Hi,

I was not sure where to place this question, if new topic is a problem, sorry.

When I was buying Bitdefender Family pack, first I wanted to pay via paypal. However, something went wrong and after I have pressed confirm and buy button, it said there was a mistake and the product was not bought. So, I've used my debit card and bought the product. I tought that the first attempt will be forgotten. When I've logged in to Central, I saw that I have one product bought and 1 pending. I would not like to pay second time so I've contacted Avangate and BT chat customer service but no one answered. Please give some info about the problem!
