Need To End The Bdagent.exe App On Windows 10 To Install An Update For Another Program

Hello I'm having an impossible time of trying to end the bdagent.exe app on Windows 10. I've tried disabling the On-access scanning thing for a few minutes but I still can't finish the download for an update to another program. Please let me know what needs to be done for me to complete the update.

    FIXED! All I needed to do was reboot my computer with the on access scanning disabled
