Bluestacks 2 - Bitdefender Internet Security Bsod Crash
Hi every body,
I got a big issue with bluestacks2.
When I'm runnig bluestacks app player it crashes my pc (BSOD)
I tried on my two pc's ( desktop and laptop ) same problem same crash.
The common point between both is that I have bitdefender internet security as an antivirus.
I tried also to unistall bitdefender and install bluestacks2. It works correctly untill I install bitdefender later.
I tried also to update bitdefenderIS into 2016 version. Same problem bitdefender crashes my pc
I recorded a small video to show you my problem.
Please help me to troubleshoot my issue

I can see from your video that you are currently using Bitdefender 2015. Please upgrade free of charge to Bitdefender 2016 first. In order to upgrade to the new version please follow the steps from this article:

I upgraded Bitdefender to 2016 . the same problem .

2 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.
