Win 10 & Total Security 2015 & Safepay

win 7 & total security 2015
bitdefender safepay retains (card) information even if the session was closed. The way it should be.

win 10 & total security 2015
bitdefender safepay does not retain any (card) information if the session was closed. I have to input all the card info each time I open the safepay and the bank website.
The web option 'keep user and card number' does work as long as I do not close the safepay application. Once closed the user and card number is gone.
This function works for all other browsers such as Edge , firefox, chrome but not while using safepay.

Please keep me informed on how to solve this.
I already updated to the latest Adobe Flash and added the site to allow pop ups.

Thank you for your post and I am sorry to hear about the issue that you encountered.

In order to solve it, please upgrade to our latest Bitdefender version based on the license key you already have. All the necessary steps are in the article below:

Please make sure that before upgrading, you export your Wallet database so you can import it in Bitdefender 2016.

Hi,

I followed the instructions and deleted Bitdefender incl register keys. Logged in the https://central.bitdefender.com/subscriptions and added subscription

Installed the bitdefender 2016 following the instructions

The result:

Bitdefender 2016 is active and working

but Safepay still does not recall the card numbers once the session is closed. I have to input all the card info each time I open the safepay and the bank website.

Hello,

Please let us know if you have enabled the Wallet function within Bitdefender and also created/imported a active Wallet.

Bitdefender > Modules > Privacy > Password Manager
