Acquired license number is wrong in Central

Hello I'm from Brazil. I bought a BitDefender Total Security license entitled to 5 devices. In my mind I could use it on 5 PCs, but that's not what happened when I open the Central. Simply it was only enabled only 2 devices. Attached images below. I would like the BitDefender resolves this problem soon or I will have to ask for the money back. Order number: 12924831159

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
