BOX Private Line (VPN) returns after removal

Has anyone had a problem with BOX Private Line VPN? At one point I installed Private Line to my MacBook, but decided to return to just using my VPN service and installing BD for Mac. I had went into System Preferences>Network> and then removed (-) BOX Private Line. It successfully removed, or so I thought. It keeps coming back and I verified in the IOS BOX app that it is in fact protected by Bitdefender Total Security. Attached are the screenshots of the VPN pop-up I receive and the Network device showing BOX private line installed. Could the problem be in my Keychain?
