i have installed Total security 2017 Multi device with 5 licenses my devices is showing 1 active and 1 Device limit exceeded" my subs is showing all licenses in use

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue. I had to reload my wife's laptop (fresh install), then loaded Total Security 2017, now I am being told by Bitdefender Central that I have exceeded my device limit. Currently my account shows 2 active devices and the 3rd says device limit reached. I opened a support ticket (201610231742000), sent screen shots & a BDSP file, etc.0 -

Hi - I have the same issue here. I've run the uninstall tools leaving two machines installed and I still see 3/3 used on the subscription, but "My Devices" shows one active device and another which says "device limit exceeded". I raised a ticket for this yesterday and also chatted to your customer care team, but haven't heard anything further - 2016120810450003.
My main machine is currently unprotected so I'd appreciate it if you can help.0 -

Most like the product was not removed properly from that machine. I recommend using the uninstall tool after uninstalling the product form the Control Panel.

Recently, I have stumbled upon the same problem. I had a conversation with Bitdefender Support Service and they recommended a procedure consisting of using the uninstall tool, removing Bitdefender Agent from Control Panel and removing the device from Bitdefender Central. After having tried those things, I still get the 3/3 Devices message in Bitdefender Central / My Subscriptions although in My Devices I only get 2 of my computers. In one of the replies to the conversation I had with the Support Service I referenced this thread, they said they would look into it, yet the problem persists. I would be grateful if you could help me out (maybe my problem could be solved this way too).
